• In 2002, Joe obtained his real estate license and began working for Coldwell Banker Robbins & Free Realty

• In 2005, he obtained his Associate broker license

• Joe has received several Coldwell Banker awards including:
○ 2003 Sterling Award
○ 2004 President’s Elite which is the top 4% of the Coldwell Banker Company
○ 2005 President’s Elite Award
○ 2006 President’s Premier Award which recognizes the top 1% of the Coldwell Banker Company globally

• Joe’s extensive knowledge of land and land usage had its roots in his early years growing up on his family’s farm. This knowledge was further developed as he owned and operated a diversified farming operation. In this capacity, he became comfortable working with a wide spectrum of people from manual laborers to business leaders. His ability to market farm commodities provided the background for his success in residential, recreational, and commercial land sales.

• Since Joe began his real estate career in 2002 he has been responsible for over 12 million dollars in land and commercial sales

• He specializes in all of Middle Georgia – Houston, Pulaski, Bleckley counties.
